Our apartment in size of 68m² and offers you a wide, generous feeling with a beautiful view into a typical small Viennese inner courtyard. The holiday flat is on the first floor without an elevator yet. There is public parking area around the house without any charge.

No smoking in our holyday flat!!! It´s possible to smoke on the floor and in the inner courtyard.

Our apartment has 2 large rooms, one bedroom and one living room which is useable as bedroom as well, a kitchen with dining corner, a generous bathroom and a separate toilet.
